Fran Melvin is the Program Manager for the CCPI-STEM grant. Prior to joining this grant she was the Center Manager for the National CyberWatch Center team, an Advanced Technology Education grant awarded to Prince George’s Community College.  She has spent the last 12 years managing grant budgets and responsible for the financial aspects of the grant.

Fran joined Prince George’s Community College Workforce Development Department as a Contract Specialist in 2007. Her knowledge in contracts has led her to manage sub-awards and other agreements/grant funding. Fran has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Masters in Science (M.Sc) Mathematics, with courses in Physics, from Kerala, India. Fran is from Maryland, but now lives in Alaska.
