Dr. Clayton A. Railey
Principal Investigator
Clay has been EVP and Provost at PGCC since January 2018, and previously to that he was Vice President for Workforce and Transfer Education at Chesapeake college and Provost at Bucks County Community College. He also served as Dean of communication, Arts and Humanities at Delaware County Community College, and taught philosophy and English for ten years at Chesapeake College. He has graduate degrees in theology, American Studies, and English.
